"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

starting a new series on mortality.
ive been thinking about it alot lately....
not in an emo/goth sort of way, i prefer to see it as existential pondering!
i had a hamlet-esque revelation when i was looking through some anatomy textbooks; the world that is our insides reminded me of the inevitability of death.
and it also made me think that our society treats death in such complex ways: with all sorts of religions, giving people new hearts, cloning, our paranoia of it shown in warning signs and protective gear, etc, etc. compared to the relative simplicity, reliability, and truth of what is inside all of us, it creates an interesting juxtaposition, i think.
anyway, enough babbling!

im glad you like it, its interesting to see your art as well, we do such different things visually! yours is very clean and realistic whereas mine is hella messy and semi abstract! your characters are interesting, particularly itslin. i dont know much about manga or animay stuff, but your characters seem to be more real than most.
